  • Identification: The mark 835 on the barrel bridge is the number of the registration of a model for pocket watch movements in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce of 1894 by Voirol frères. The movement is illustrated in an advertisement by Voirol frères in the Deutsche Uhrmacher-Zeitung of 1899. Voirol's Swiss patent CH15230 from 1898 shows an almost identical hand-setting mechanism to the existing movement.
