The movement is actually depicted in Swiss Patent No. 1 of 1888 (albeit with a crown winding mechanism with a lever instead of a pusher). 21.23.1967 stands for Swiss patents no. 21 of 1888, no. 23 of 1888 and no. 1967 of 1890, which also belong to Paul Perret.
