Remarks:

  • There is an old and a new version of the AM 221, both are listed in the Ebauches SA catalog from 1928 (see extra pictures)
  • This movement is even older. The winding and hand setting mechanism is based on Swiss patent CH73212 from 1915. Therefore it is called ‘very old’ here
  • The AM 220 and AM 223 are technically identical but have different bridge shapes
  • The movement shown is missing the minute wheel
